About Us
Tim Chaney
is a native to Austin and has seen the many changes that have
happened to the area. From the quiet University town of the early
60's, to the Major tech center it is today, Tim has witnessed the
transformation of the metro area.
He has spent the last eight years helping his clients with their
real estate needs, always putting their concerns first.

transaction, Mortgage brokers, Title Companies, Appraisers,
Inspectors, surveyors, other Realtors, etc.. One of my most
